Wilkinson open back. Direct replacement for Hipshot ultralights?

Will the screw hole from a Wilkinson open back (hipshot copy) tuner line up with the screw hole for a Hipshot Ultralight. Just to be clear, these are the Wilkinsons I'm talking about:

The reason for this is that I'm having a 35" neck made for my jazz bass. The ultralights on the current neck will be transported to the new neck. I'm already scheming about slapping the old neck onto a really lightweight palowina body and using it as a testbed for different pickups. To do this I'd need tuners for the old neck and I don't want to spend hipshot prices for a testbed bass. I also don't want to put new screw holes in the neck if I can avoid it.
