(I hope this is the right forum, and I'm hoping my search didn't miss any mega-threads on this...)
So, I've got a bunch of effects that can do MIDI (Future Impact, Voicelive 3, Switchblade 8F, Line-6 M5, and soon SA Orbital and OFD via the "hub") and I want to start to experiment with controlling all of them via MIDI. I realize that I can get a MIDI foot controller, and I probably will if my experiments turn out well, but the good ones seem really expensive (RJM, Liquid-Foot), and I frankly don't want to spend even a dime before I see that this is all useful for me...
So... can you point me to any Windows apps that can send MIDI messages (mostly PCs and CCs) easily to test things out?
