Wasn't sure where to post this...

Anyway, I use 2 basses during a given set. I need to set up a wirless system that allows me to switch between the two.

Anyone know of a wireless system that supports multiple transmitters? Or am I looking at getting two receivers and a rack mount selector or something of the sort?

Feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!

Any wireless system supports multiple transmitters. Just make sure you don't turn both on at the same time.

Or, just do what a lot of us do...install straplocks, leave the pack on your strap, and unplug / swap basses/ re-plug.

Even if you don't have strap locks every wireless I've seen just has a small clip that hooks on to your strap. They also have a mute button so you don't get that speaker pop when unpluging from one bass and pluging into the other. If you have never gone wireless before let me warn you that you will loose some sustain. If you get a cheap system you will get a noticable loss in tone too.

I just made the wireless jump. Bought the X2. The transmitter pack can be mounted three ways. I found the best is parallel with the strap, cable following down with enough lead to allow switching. I used cable wrap to keep it in place. I use strap locks. I had to get it in the right position, in the middle of the back, so it would not fall off when switching. I run from the receiver to a Boss tuner then to the amp. This lets me step on the tuner, stopping the signal, switch and check tuning before stepping on it again and having the sound out the amp. I keep the tuner where I wont accidentally step on it. I loved it. The post on this wireless units were great and helped alot.
