I am attempting to install a Nordstrand Big Split 4 into a 70's Gibson Grabber. I'm a bit confused about where to land the leads from the Big Split on the existing pots. I have attached a few images of the internals of the Grabber.

"The black wire is ground and the white wire is hot. The gray wire also goes to ground."
