Wiring a Series/Parallel Switch

I just bought a 2-way switch from Best Bass Gear so that I could install it in a Jazz bass as a series/parallel switch. I already have both pickups wired to one volume pot (I never solo individual pickups), so I'm wondering how I should wire in the switch, as every diagram I've seen uses two volume pots.
 
I don't have a diagram for it, but you would just wire both of the hot (red) wire from the neck pickup and from the switch to the middle lug of the pot. Then wire the ground wire (black) from the switch and from the bridge pickup to the ground of the pot. Hope that makes sense.
