wiring diagram for a t-40?

I just picked up a t40 for $100, but it needs a little help... one pickups is not working at all, and i have no idea which knob is which, and what do those switches do?

other than that, I think i got a good deal...I guess it all depends on if this pickup is totally dead, or just needs a wiring job... we'll see.

cool! I just found out the reason a pickup is not working is because the pickup slector switch is broken, but it's broken in the bridge pickup only position
