Wiring help needed for Bartolini NTBT-P (pedulla rapture 3 knob, 1 pickup)

The volume is the only knob that works. I plan on replacing all of the pots, jack, switches and can't find a wiring diagram that will work in this bass. Does anyone know what value pots I need?

Also anyone have a wiring diagram? I would like it to be wired like it is stock from pedulla with the addition of another switch.

so Volume, Treble, Bass, Mid Toggle Switch, Battery Switch

bass has the single soapbar and NTBT-P preamp with unknown mini pots and added extra toggle. I'm fixing up the bass and would like to utilize the extra switch so there isn't a hole in the pickguard.
