Wiring help request: SUB5 + UncleFluffy + Series/Parallel

I had tacked this question on to the original PCB thread, but realized that it was in the Bazaar, and probably wasn't getting eyeballs, so I'll copy it over to here:

Trying to wire one of these (UncleFluffy preamp) in to my Sub5, AND implement a push-pull series-parallel switch. I did this once before on a Sub4, and after a lot of trial and error, I got it right. Well, that bass is gone, and I don't have notes or pics of what I did previously, so now I'm banging my head against the wall. So I'm hoping one of you can help. Here's what I have at the moment:

I know something's amiss in the switch wiring, but possibly elsewhere too. I get zero audio right now. Bass and treble pots I don't think I need to ask about...?

I don't know the color code for SUB pickups, but the wiring on your series-parallel switch doesn't look right. The lower right terminal on the switch with the green wire also needs a connection to ground.

Another minor error on your diagram: the negative battery terminal goes to the ring terminal on a TRS jack, NOT to ground.

Do you mean lower left terminal? That's where I'm bringing in the green wire.

I'd have to pull it out again to look, but I think black/white = neck-side coil, green/red = bridge side. I think it matches Seymour Duncan wiring colors, if memory serves, i.e., south/neg/white, south/pos/black, north/neg/green, north/pos/red?

ETA: Fixed! It was indeed the lower-left terminal that needed a path to ground, and I fixed the battery wiring.
