just aquired an all tube ampeg, i'm just curious where all you Ampegs users take your equipment for service.

Ken from angeltone electronics (Link Removed) in oshkosh is a pretty good guy to go to. i think he's an authorized ampeg repair guy. he repaired a solid state ampeg i had, but i also had him retube my friend's 5150. he's a good guy who does good work and he stands behind it. angeltone electronics is in oshkosh so if you're anywhere in that area that's a good place to go. oh yeah, i don't remember his name but i've heard good things about the guy that works at Henri's music in appleton. i've never actually got any work done by him but, like i said, i've heard good things.

Where in Wisconsin? And are you looking for warranty service or just someone that knows his stuff?

i live in Waupun, so location doesn.t matter much, i'm an hour from Mad-town, an hour from milwaukee, and an hour from appleton....and it doesn't matter either or......someone who knows his stuff or a licensed professional. i can go either way.
