His mother must have had a bass speaker next to her womb for nine months and the kid popped out and started jamming in the nursery. Wow!
I'm not surprised. Think about it: He's old enough to have the physical ability to play that way and young enough that his neural pathways are being formed and reinforced at an alarming rate. It makes sense that he'd already be able to play that like whereas it might take a 35 year old a long time and alot of effort to learn to play like that.
I think it's cool that his parents have encouraged him and provided him with the (expensive) tools to be able to do that.

Come on! It's bad enough when a 35 year old pro beats me down with his chops. . . . but a 13 year old kid almost smaller than the bass? ? ?
