I was just about to say "That is the first Wish creation that, despite his frequent claims, actually looks somewhat artistic to me." Then I read this:

Given Wish's past output, I'd say there's a pretty high chance this guy did most of the carving too.

i was going to comment on the wood working skills. despite the woods used it seems to have been carved out very nicely.
  12. That about sums up the level of perfection for which they strive. :meh:
  13. Not your imagination, when you begin at the absolute bottom of talent and innovation, you've nowhere to go but up.

What's with the galvanized tin control plate?! What kind of trademark IS that!!?
  14. To me that bass makes perfect sense. What else do you do with random cutoffs you have?

Its like those tangram game things, move them around till they fit, then glue them together.

    Wish has employees?
  16. As execution, the sculpting is nice. As a bass design, not *terrible*..

lovers or Spalt basses would dig this, I think....

Wow! Carved body and an actually decent-looking tin-can control plate! Wish is moving up!
  19. aah, this is the 'modern-art' thing I always keep hearing about
  20. the upper horn and the carving kinda reminds me of Fleishman
    not bad
