words most often used incorrectly

'Who' gets a look in, too often absent on account of 'that'. Who and Why? I Don't Give a Darn or I Don't Care? I Don't Know? Who's not always on first but often should be, if you wanna talk-up the game. Try the box-as-surrogate test: was it 'the box who won the game' or was it 'the box that contained the opposition'? More often than not, it was the player 'who' won the day. The box that rocked … the person who — makes it a bit more personable.

A lot of people misuse "irony" or "ironic" when what they mean is "coincidence" or "coincidental".
Vin Scully used "ironic" incorrectly 4 or 5 times per game -- long before Alanis ever thought of doing so.
To wit; The first baseman and the catcher were both born on the same day. Isn't that ironic?" I cannot understand how he ended up in the HOF.
