Sure. All GAS relief is temporary. I enjoy what I can get when I get it. - I had posted at one point that I predicted that 2019 would be the year of contentment with my stuff. I am blessed to have everything I need at the moment, the way I need it. That was true, until we changed our sanctuary to a larger one within the church while simultaneously switching to in-ears. Led to some unexpected acquisitions...
Honestly I did play around for a few years finding the pedals I really found useful and then narrowing down the ones that I liked best in their category and that worked well with each other. But I found that "zone" both on my church DI board and on my secular board about a year and a half ago and I haven't had the desire to change anything since. Additionally, I recently cut gluten from my diet. So, I'm all around practically GAS free!
Had a great time yesterday with this little board!

Dang. That's a lot of firepower in a small space!
I like it a lot. It is the last thing in my chain before hitting the HPF DI to the board. So I go SV > Silver Deluxe (18v) > CabZone > HPF DI.
It also doubles as a really good headphone/practice amp in a pinch

The brick was $50 used at a Sam Ash. I will replace both of them with a bigger power supply (probably the 1 Spot Pro CS12) but for now, I need to stop spending money and start saving again haha.

How well would it work as an always on, light od in a worship environment? In your opinion.
That sounds great. I was wondering if this would be a better option than my OCSD. But I run that before my Mesa DI since I think the DI is quieter. If I ran it after the Mesa I would have to come up with another pre or di. What are your thoughts on running it before the di?
Can definitely be used as always on light OD in worship. Any context you can imagine an SVT in, this will do it.
Hmm, highly tempting! I'm considering the SV-Pre and the solidgoldfx Beta DLX, among the usual suspects.
I imagine it could work quite well. The loaded IR's shape your tone/signal pretty dramatically. You could then use the Mesa to tweak anything before sending it to the board.
Here's the board I'm going to try rolling with the next few weeks. My board is in a pretty constant state of flux though. Lately I've been experimenting with a "clean" and "dirty" board for a 2 channel setup. In this case, this would be the "clean" board that would double as a standalone board. The DI from the Noble would go to the sound board and then the output from the Noble would run into a 2nd Nano with a few dirt pedals on it and that would run into the sound board as a dirty channel. The Rodenburg is new for me. Just kinda playing around with it. Nice OD tone out of it so far though.
I might try my YYZ pedal at church. I have it set pretty lightly (unless I dig in) so it may work as a "I need a little something here" pedal.
That's the same way I use an awesome pedal from way huge electronics, that they were nice enough to call "swollen pickle".

It's funny I have so many pedals, but for playing at church, I've never even brought one to rehearsal. They have a DI box, but it's not a Bass DI, just a plain box with an XLR out to the board, and I use an Acoustic B20 at like 9 o'clock as a monitor for the drummer and I. They cut my highs in the board mix, and I find I play a lot of songs around frets 12-15 for parts at least, so I can't hear that in the monitor, so luckily I have the little amp.
I may bring my Ocean's 11 one week at rehearsal, just to see if there's a reaction. After all, we play all those Hillsong songs with all the U2 delay and reverb, so why not?
