Worship Bass Pedalboards

I'm really close to trying (since you can't find a P-15) a REDDI to go after my LA-1A. The YouTube clips sound really nice.
My .019, Steve...I'd recommend holding out for a preamp (to pair with your LA-1A) that has tone shaping capability (ie IR's, eq, lpf, etc), since the LA doesn't have that feature. You'll be glad to have it on the "other" pedal, in a two pedal simple combo.

I love the simplicity...great bass tone doesn't have to be a mega number of stacked pedals...IF you find the right pedal combination.

Agreed.. although I don't get to play for service anymore, but this just works and sounds amazing

So my two notes just came in. I feel like it's going to be a key centerpiece of my board now. I love thos thing. I was doing A/B comparison between my previous tone and the new one and it's night and day.

I so can't wait to try this out through the house.

For actual amps we're direct only so I don't use one. I have a SVT with a 410 in the rare occurances I need one but thats happened like three times in the past 2 years.

On the cabM im running either an ampeg 810 or the 910 cab, power amp sim on.
The Two Notes works equally well for IEM's and FRFR situations. I'm using the B15 w/power amp sim. Love it!

Church is DI through my little board. Otherwise if I'm using my rig it's a TC TH450 head, RS210 and RS212 cabs with the RC4 floor switch or as above, I just picked up an Ampeg B15n which I believe is an early 70's vintage. Gotta research that. It's going to be awesome with my upright.

Also, I'm really excited for all the tweakability but it's also overwhelming haha mind sharing the settings you've been using on the cabm?
When I first got it, I had the preamp on, the power amp on, the EQ on, the Exciter on, then started to wonder why I had a pedalboard! So I have turned everything off but the Noise Gate, the power amp, the cabs, and I run a HPF on the EQ.
A good place to start is the "tubes" in the power amp. Mess around with them, and see what sounds best. You can also change the mics, and that will change your tone. Don't be afraid to mess around with things, you can always change them back!
