Recent re-did my board with some new additions in the form of the OE and Tubedrve units. Abaokiyely loving this compact setup.

The J48 was one of the best sounding DI's in Janek's shootout earlier this year surprisingly.

It's all I need/want but everyone/everywhere else I play with says otherwise. Would they let me, sure. Do I enjoy octaves/chorus/drives/etc… yeah I do. I see both sides and I'm there to serve the team as well so I do it, but I love the minimalist idea and want nothing more than to do just that. I'd even go for a headstock tuner and nothing but the khan vtdi on the floor! 😂

I'm going to be filling in this evening at a church I've never been to. I've played with the WL at another church a few times, but otherwise don't know the church or the band. I was told I could bring whatever I wanted and was going direct, so I threw this together for something simple. I'm guessing I'll mostly just be using the Bassist and the SansAmp, maybe the Spark for extra push or the Octave for a little heft under something, but I doubt it.

First gig (church or otherwise) in several months since my last church unceremoniously told the WL (different WL, unrelated church) that they were laying him off and the band's services weren't needed anymore.

I have adhd when it comes to pedal settings. I'm always trying to dial stuff in for a specific song or setlist. Some of it's warranted, like setting the BPM for tremolo, but most of it is just for my own creativity that almost no one will notice but I enjoy it.

I mostly setup my presets for setlist songs at home, but I would still feel comfortable adjusting on the fly on stage. I forced myself to learn how to navigate on the stomp itself for a month. I'm comfortable with navigating on the stomp now, I don't even use HX edit on the computer anymore. I just use it for backing up presets, and firmware updates.
