Demons run when a good man goes to war
I bought my first bass in the late 70's. It was a Peavey T-40, the one with the rectangular case and "Patent Applied For" designation. I was so impressed with the quality and sound, I thought more money would translate to an even better bass. I was wrong. I bought a MusicMan (a REAL one, not an OLP or Ernie Ball clone, this WAS the 70's) Sabre, biggest regret of my bass-related life. It made me an Anti-Leo Fender guy for life. I traded it in on an Alembic which I still own and have never looked back. Well, not until now!
