would this reduce normal single-coil hum?

I don't know too much about this kind of stuff but has anyone ever tried/does any one know if putting one of these between the bass and amp would reduce the noise/hum that comes from a single-coil pickup?

If all it is is a couple of isolating transformers, then no, it won't get rid of single-coil hum.

No idea how the new EH Hum Debugger works, but it would seem to me that separating out hum from a signal, and eliminating one while leaving the other completely unmolested is a bit of a case of "too good to be true." Still, worth a try.

That Morley box is a ground loop eliminator.

Wont do a thing for single coil hum.

perhaps, but i just bought a Hum Debugger and now I know that humbuckers no longer serve a purpose. with this thing you can have the 1000x better single coil sound without the hum
