Sorry bro, that would be fairly useless beyond basic power checking. Everything else would be digital and/or hydraulic, so your multimeter would sit, probes unused. As usual.

No, but you can be traced. They already have been giving out speeding tickets based on EZ pass. Not sure if it will go the way of the camera tickets.
