Thursday was a Sterling Ray 34 HH with 40th Anniv. Squier P in LPB as backup. Last night modern Epiphone Newport in Pacific Blue with modern(ish) Dano Longhorn as backup and NS Design Wav 4. Tonight Mensinger long scale Joker B 5 string with Warmoth Gecko 5 (medium width neck, 35" scale, Bart pickups and pre) as backup.

I like how you rotate. I tend to fixate on one bass at the neglect of the others.

Thanks! Actually, it's 3 different bands. The first is variety pop/rock. Second is roots rock and the like (hence the EUB and more period appropriate electrics). The third is rock, but they transpose some songs so it's less of a PIA to use a 5 string than tune down or transpose up.

Mesa D-800 and Subway 15, parts p-bass (precision special neck, 72 body, custom shop 62 pickups), Yamaha BB 300 converted to 5 string with a Wilkinson bridge, with a Bartolini pickup, and some pedals.

More importantly, LLBean down coat, Overland Sheepskin hat, cuddle duds thermals, a couple of Eddie
Bauer Flannels, and random Amazon fingerless gloves. Winter festival last night at King of Prussia Town
Center outside Philly with the Joel/John Project (+some Christmas music). It was 27 degrees by the end of the night. With the heat this summer, the temperature differential between our coldest and hottest gigs this year was 68 degrees!
