Alright so UPS just dropped off my new Eden WT800C. Psyche!! So here's my set up that I'll be running.
Single cab set up: SWR Goliath III 4x10 - Power Handling 700 Watts.
I'll be running the WT800 bridged at 880 Watts with this.
Two cab set up:
SWR Goliath III 4x10 - Power Handling 700 Watts
and
SWR SOB 1x15 - Power Handling 350 Watts
So here is the question. Should I run the WT800 bridged for this set up 1100 Watts at 4ohms or should I run both cabs separately into the two power modules for 440 Watts each and use the balance knob to even out the volume to both?
The latter is the way that I'm leaning. If my understanding is correct, when bridged both cabs will split the power and theoretically receive 550 Watts (that's if it were crank, which I'm not going to do), but would there be a volume difference between the two cabs, as the SOB would be driven harder that the Goliath?
Any input on which is the best way to run this set up?
