XO POG2 Speculations

Compared to the monstrous size of the original, plus it's huge companion pedal, not to mention the expression pedal... I'd still consider it "XO".

I for one actually went through the entire EHX digital octaver line (so far). POG -> HOG -> µPOG.
Just recently purchased a PitchFactor too, can't wait for it to come in.

Putting out a HOG with full MIDI control rather than just MIDI pitch wheel would be awesome, but I suppose there aren't many folks out there using a MIDI controller on their board that would like a HOG as well.

I don't agree with those who say that the POG doesn't growl. Mine does when the sliders are raised beyond unity. My only complaint is that there isn't a seperate gain and output level controls on it to keep the overall volume level lower when getting the more distorted tones.

I guess it depends who's nitpicking, I don't use the external controller. Smaller size and 'advanced algorithms' would be nice though.
