Xotic Preamp Pedal...

Some of my Nashville bass peeps really like this pedal, specifically for "evening out" some of their passive instruments before the amp/DI, respectively. Me, personally, I have mostly passive basses by choice, and I've been doing that with the Radial Bassbone for quite a while, but I've never tried the Xotic box. Any thoughts?

It's super sweet, actually. Very tone-ful. Warm sounding, too.

I own all three---the Tri-Logic(the big original one), the BB, and the RC (the RC has pretty much replaced the Tri for me). The RC and Tri really do leave your passive tone intact while beefing it up, etc. I use the BB also "always on" on rock gigs where I need just a little grit all the time. Superb pedals--I don't leave the house without 'em!
