So first off, this is the setup that I'll be working with...

I have the following objectives/needs.
1) I need to split my signal in such a way that I'll have my clean bass going through my effects chain as well as to the key input on the WMD Fatman. I would normally split my signal with a buffered pedal, but I'm going to be running the Woolly Mammoth very early in my chain and can't really put a buffered pedal in front of it. So, I'm stuck splitting without a buffer. I figure the best way to do this is just to plug my bass into a y splitter and send one male end to the Octamizer's input and the other to the Fatman's key input. How much signal am I going to lose this way given my setup? Is there a better way to do this?
2) I also need to send a split signal to the key input (custom mod) on the Photron at some point. If I'm going to do this with a passive y splitter, I figure I'd be best off doing the split after the buffered GEB-7 and before my first LS-2. I'd lose some dynamic responsiveness when the Mammoth was engaged, but I have plenty of other pedals to run into the Photron if I'm using it in envelope mode. At least this way I'm not splitting a completely unbuffered signal twice.
I'd ideally like to figure out a way that I'd be able to use my clean to trigger both the Photron and Fatman without obliterating my signal or upsetting the Mammoth. Any insight here?
What would happen if I ran one half of my "clean bass" split into the effects chain described, and the other half into a buffered y pedal. I'd then connect the two outputs of that pedal to the key inputs on the Photron and Fatman. Would this wind up upsetting the Mammoth anyway?
