Yamaha bass fret buzz

Why am i getting fret buzz each time i release my finger or when i press the string down? also my 11th fret is buzzing

and i bought this bass for 200$ and i think its the worst bass and yes i know how to adjust truss rod or bridge saddles and i don't want the action to be too high because it hurt my fingers

Not enough info. "when i press the string down" where? "also my 11th fret is buzzing" when you're fretting where? "i think its the worst bass" so cheap bass might have several issues contributing to your problem. "i know how to adjust truss rod or bridge saddles" So go to one of the setup guides, and walk patiently through a complete setup, taking measurements when you can. If you reach an impasse with your buzz, you'll have more detailed info to post here that will help us help you.

I also have a Yamaha with this problem... Playing in the higher register is a nightmare. My bass cost
90 quid ( about 140 bucks )... Hope you can figure this problem out cause I can't! I've raised the action and nothing much has happened... I'm gonna consult my local music shop soon about maybe remedying the problem. Until then, good luck! Subbed.

I had this problem with my latest bass. I used a short strait edge (about four inches long). Removed the strings and adjusted the neck using the truss rod to get it flat as possible. Starting at the first three frets in line with the "G" string I moved up one fret at a time and marked the high frets with a black sharpy. By doing this I was able to keep an eye on the frets as I leveled them. I did this in line with all four strings. Found several frets just high enough to cause the strait edge to rock. I leveled, crowned, and polished the frets and problem solved. Tedward
