Yamaha BB414: NEW COLOUR!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to alert anyone on Talkbass who was shopping for a BB414: a 4th colour, VINTAGE WHITE, is now available.

Most websites, including Yamahaguitars.com, don't mention ANYTHING about the new addition. I just happen to walk into a store and see it on display; the store had just gotten it 3 days prior.

So, there are now 4OUR colours for the BB414: Wine Red, Metallic Orange, Black Pearl, and VINTAGE WHITE.

Had this colour been available 3 months ago, I think I would've gotten it over the Black Pearl I bought.

just because its the new colour doesnt mean its the best. i think the vintage red looks best

I have the Wine Red, it looks great. Was in Sam Ash yesterday and my local store had Closeout specials on the BB414, BB415, BB614, BB615. Didn't care much for the orange, looked too gaudy. I would like to see the pewter BB614.

Never heard of PulseOnline.com until I did this search.

...and it also looks like the BB415 isn't available in the Vintage White....yet.

...and the Pewter is noice; it's a shame it's only available their 600's.

ISn't it also available in burst? The one I played was, and it is probably the best low end bass I have played.

I just got a BB414 in Metallic Orange from Santa. Way cool color. Though the white is cool too. If white was available a few weeks ago, it would have been a tough decision.
