You think he should buy it? Or can he get better for the price of a BB414?

i ordered one last friday because i like it.

the p pickup sounds like a pbass and the j at the bridge gives you a jaco sound. the bass growls and hat a lot of punch. it is really the best bass you can get in that pricerange.

At $399, a great value. Maybe the best at that price point.

Used at around $300, forget about it.

I recently sold mine to a friend, had great P bass tone... But, i found i preferred the tone of my modded SX Jazz more. Great bass for the $$
