Yamaha RBX4 A2 vs. Squier Classic Vibe/Vintage Modified?

i've got both (the vintage modified and the yamaha) - just got the yamaha last night. haven't had a chance to set it up and tune it or play it yet.

the rbx a2 is sexy in a techno, futuristic kinda way.
the squier vm is sexy in a retro, laid back way.
i can take some pics next week of both guitars side by side.

The RBX* A2 series has a very similar sound to the jazz basses I've played but have a big treble bump just above 4K which obviously makes them brighter when dimed. The tone knob does a good job of mellowing out the tone and it gets pretty close to a jazz and about 1/4 turn down. Plus, they weigh just over 7 pounds. I really like mine as a backup to my G&L.
