Yamaha TRBX304 shortage?

I was considering buying a Yamaha TRBX304, but it seems that it has sold out on most major platforms. Is there a shortage of Yamaha basses? and is there an approximate date that it would be back in stock? I would greatly appreciate it if you guys have any insights.

The TRBX304 is nice because it appears (from the specs) that you get the REALLY nice neck of the higher priced models for a great price. I would suggest patience as there are a lot of nice basses in that price range (I love looking for sub $500 gems), but I can't think of any in that price range that have that slim and fast Yamaha neck.

Thanks for the advice, and it does seem like it is out of stock more often than it is in stock.
