Dunno exactly--looks like a Fender, one of those "Power Jazz" or "Precision Plus" etc. modern PJ's they made in the late 80's and into the '90s.

The other guitarist is his brother. Don't know who the bassist is. Didn't get a good shot of the bass and they never showed a good shot of the headstock (bassists get no love when it comes to videos)!! Gonna guess and say a Fender P-Bass Plus from the 90's.
Eugene is playing rhythm guitar in this video. He originally played bass and sang lead on the first cd.
