Yet Another Episode of What are These Strings?

So I have this '03 Mexican Standard that I just picked up for dirt cheap a few months ago.

Idk what the rounds that came on it are but they turn this thing into a beast. Never much cared for this era MIM but this thing is a whole different matter. Most cajones on a passive MIM Jazz ever lol. They have black silks at both ends and plain dull brass ends at the bridge. if anyone has any ideas to what they might be. They measured at 39-60-73-95 Slinky's?

As far as I know based on what I've read, old pre-2010 Fender NPS rounds that were made at Fender's own factory in Mexico before D'Addario took over their production did come with black silk at both ends with brass ball ends.

How do they feel in terms of surface texture? If they're smoother than typical rounds, they could also be GHS Pressurewounds, which used to come with black silk at both ends with brass ball ends.

Can you measure the E string from the ball end to the start of the silk to see what the winding length is?

I have a set of GHS Pressurewounds ML7200 44-102 here somewhere but it appears that someone has taken it upon themselves to relocate them because they aren't in the pack since I took them off the MIM Jazz probably a year ago (did a bunch of home renos over the last year so stuff has been moved about multiple times ) From memory, I'm pretty sure the PWs were smoother. Pretty stiff for the gauge too iirc. Very mid-heavy.

Its funny if these are old Fenders. I never tried them prior to about 2013 and then when I did, I thought they were kinda meh. I never knew about the pre-2010 thing though.

If these are basically stock strings. Then what makes this particular bass such a beast then? I only paid $250 at L&M Regina for it so I can't imagine the pups not being stock. I'm now very tempted to peek under the hood lol.

I don't know if they could be Warwick black label strings but they had black silk too.

The winding length seems to point to an older version of the Fender as that's how they used to be prior to 2010.

Quite a few people around here have indicated they liked the old Fender 7250s made by Fender over the newer 7250s made by D'Addario.
