OK, so I'm getting an octaver and I've narrowed it down to those three pedals. I've listened to a bunch of clips of each, and I don't really have much of a tone preference for one over the others, though I do like how versatile the Octamizer is. So I have a few questions:
1. Which one tracks better? It seems like the general consensus is that the Octamizer tracks better than the BOD, but I've heard a couple people say the EBS tracks better than either of them. If it makes any difference, I mostly play active basses.
2. How is the chord tracking on the EBS (especially the newer versions, as they're supposed to track better)? I play a lot of metal, and I thought it would cool to play power chords and have the EBS play the root an octave down, and have the 2 guitarists have a harmonized solo or whatever over that, but I was wondering how well that feature actually works. I made a thread a while ago about that and asked for clips, but no one posted any. So could someone PLEASE do some clips of the EBS with 2 and 3 notes chords (especially power chords, but "real" chords would be nice too)?
