I cubed the pork versus shredding the meat. Next time, I'm going shred to make them look better! But they tested so good!

Since you asked, I like them all. Hard shell, soft shell, flour or corn tortillas, traditional tacos, taquitos, flautas, "street" tacos, you name it. The plate of street tacos I had at my gig last Saturday was absolutely phenomenal.

Fish (grilled or fried), al pastor, chicken, asada, shredded beef, it's all good! With plenty of cilantro, onions, limes, and a sauce with just enough kick to give you the sniffles. Where's my beer?

The best taco for metal?

I love all tacos. In restaurant, soft shell corn is great. However, IMHO nothing on earth can beat these at home....

I was kinda proud of the teriyaki chicken soft tacos I put together a few nights ago, simple little asian/mex fusion that came out way better than expected!

Wow! The poll is essentially tied. Who knew that half the bass playing taco eaters are wrong! And don't even get me started about those that would rather have carrots! ;-)

Try making soft tacos with smoked pork shoulder, pulled, sauteed with a little Chipotle and Adobe sauce, cheese and picante sauce. Killer.
