I paint them with artwork and clear with nitro.

To answer a couple of questions:
1. The sabre saw is for general shop duty, building the buffing station, and VERY rough cuts in headstock reshaping.
2. The router is for finer cuts in headstock reshaping.
I'm using licensed parts to create my own model/design.

It should be a LOT of fun...very different than what you would usually see here, for sure!
