I dunno. Just putting redneck on it doesn’t make it so. Is there duck tape anywhere on it? Or does it have a .22 shell as a fuse?

That said I like the look. Everything else is just black or orange. How's it sound?Excellent points. My thinking was too narrow.

You don’t know the half of it, this is in a pleasant little burg outside my home town, but he’s been running the same ads for over a decade, no price change, it’s really kind of sad…I don't even know what I'm looking at! But I'm fairly certain it isn't worth whatever the seller is asking.![]()
Wow. A Peavey CS 800 for a grand?!? I have no words. Okay, so I have lots of words, but none I can share here. You don’t know the half of it, this is in a pleasant little burg outside my home town, but he’s been running the same ads for over a decade, no price change, it’s really kind of sad…

Drum stick from Boston’s replacement drummer? Not the original guy from their classic line-up? What?

On that last one, “Gran Max” was this awful local wannabe Kiss/Rush mashup band that the area concert promoter at the time threw a lot of money at to break them big; nobody cared then, and even fewer care now.
I actually know a person who knows of him, and the consensus is that he’s that special kind of ‘old codger’ out of his mind. Way back in the day, like the late 70’s, he would pack heat on PA gigs at high school dances.Wow. A Peavey CS 800 for a grand?!? I have no words. I know a guy with a couple bass cabs painted with a Vietnam era tiger stripe camo pattern. He recently had his bass hydro dipped with a Realtree pattern and he’s talking about getting his cabinets wrapped with the same pattern.
The first dipped guitar body I saw was underwhelming because it was an intricate pattern of light colors but it had zero gloss, which is fine for a satin or flat camo pattern.Sounds like my kinda dude and, given the Realtree thing; this is the first time I have considered "hydro dipping" anything.

Nah. That’s just how it is if you live in an apartment. You might be a redneck if your bass cab doubles as an end table in your apartment.
I’m not a camo guy but I can imagine much worse bass finishes. My only issue is Realtree is too corporate to be redneck. It needs to be some amateurish recreation of it to be true redneck.Sounds like my kinda dude and, given the Realtree thing; this is the first time I have considered "hydro dipping" anything.
