you tube flash player problems

Does anyone have issues playing you tube videos while using IE 6 or7?

I get the error ;

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.



I follow the instructions and I already have it.


I want to figure out the problem .

You also need JavaII. Gt it from the Sun site.
