Blue body finishes. Mahogany bodies with figured maple tops. 5-strings. Unfinished or satin necks. Passive electronics. P basses...

Short scales with flatwounds. My tone preference has always been dark, warm with thump. Why haven't I gotten to this point sooner? It makes perfect sense. Plus, you could use that same set-up with a bit of distortion and go from silky smoove to metal monster. It's awesome. So very awesome.
