Your Dream P Bass?

My ideal P would come from the ESP custom shop.
Basically take the LTD [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] as a base, swap the stock electronics for a Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound 5, passive controls (vol/tone) as far away from the strings as possible (so they don't get in the way when I do chords), and a magenta-burst finish instead of the black-burst one, and there you have it. My ideal P.
Okay, while I'm at it, I'd have them put in Dunlop Straplocks, a GraphTech TUSQ nut, and my strings would be D'Addario ProSteels 40-125.

I'm very happy with mine and don't have any cravings for another p style bass. I'm more of a stingray player anyways so this isn't my go to bass.
Fender PB-551 in this color. That's a dream.
My 2013 AVRI. I have never really played a better Pbass. Its been 5+ years of ownership and I still love the heck out of it.
Honestly the Fender American Pro II pretty much checks all the boxes for me except a nitro finish. It’s a great P Bass.

Had mine made. My specs. Audere classic pre amp with bass and treble and also a passive tone option
I had to put it together myself. The key ingredients are the 12” radius neck and the Lawrence/Wilde P46 pickup. All dressed up in pearls and ready for church.
How's the sound on this? Real p? Real mm? Are they too close in sound that it gets muddy? Very interested in this.

American vintage ii. All the right stuff and it even came with a free dent..
I'd go with a Warmoth parts bass - roasted maple neck, roasted alder body and not sure of the pickups. I'd probably go with something from Howard Ulyate.
