"Voices Inside (Everything Is Everything)" - Donny Hathaway, with Willie Weeks on bass (solo starts at 8:28):
"Bootsy Get Live" - Bootsy's Rubber Band. Technically the bass line and not a true solo, but Bootsy puts so much of his own inimitable personality and phrasing into it that it stands out like a solo, IMO (starting at 0:25):
