Your Favorite Bread?

I don't really know a lot about bread, but I love the stuff they serve in italian restaurants. At home, I usually use some sort of honey wheat for sandwiches and toast, but my dad has this thick, very dark brown stuff. I forget the brand name, but it's made in Ga., and it's like, whole wheat +10. You could injure someone with it if you hit them over the head with the loaf.

i used to love white bread, until i realize its pretty much bleached nothingness.

No indian food fans? Naan and Poori bread are my personal favorite.

I'm not to big on white bread, but I do like green bread, especially the type with dead presidents on it. with that type of bread, you can get any type of bread that you want.

I'm liking the cheesey garlic bread from Red Lobster too...I'd have a whole meal of those if it came to that.
Corn bread.
"Ezekiel Bread", a bread made with sprouted grains following a bible recipe. It might be the most dense wheat bread I have every eaten. It's not all that great unless you fry it with real butter.

Tripoli's Italian bread. 'nuff said. If you're ever in eastern Massachussetts, you owe it to yourself to make the trip to Lawrence and get some Tripolis bread and some Tripolis pizza. Just do it, you won't be disappointed. It's the best bread and the best pizza that I've ever tasted.
