Your favorite effects to combine

Woolly Mammoth - Octave (I was using an octron but I'll be getting an OC-2 soon) - Moog LPF. Yeah, yeah, I know It's the same as what John Davis has :p. What can I say, he's got good taste :D.

A Blueberry into octave pedal sounded very cool when I had one. Now it's the Dredgetone Angler which sounds just as nice.

Moog (acting as a kind of pseudo volume pedal) into phaser and delay sounds cool too.

a hint of bass juice ---> bassballs ---> a hint of OC-2 oct1 ---> CEB-3

BMS ---> CEB-3

Bass Juice ---> Micro Pog

OC-2 ---> BF-2 ---> CEB-3

Bassballs with distortion ---> CEB-3

...CEB-3....maybe i'm in love with this pedal? :D

p.s.: Xotic RC Bass Booster...always on

High pass envelope filter in parallel with octave down. Mmmmmm, funky.

I also like running my HOG with significant additions at +1, +1+5th, +2, and minor additions at, +2+3rd, +3, +4 into Holy Stain fuzz into English Muff'n into Small Stone. Hard to put it to good use in my band, but it sizzles with every phase sweep.

I love glissing the HOG into a bitcrusher and/or sample&hold filter into a DM2. The way the HOG rides from note to note and can hold a note with the glissando function, paired with the warm and creamy dm2 delay sounds so damn good. The crusher gives it a nice texture and is fun to tweak the knobs on, sending trails of crushed bits- as do s&h filters bouncing notes around in the dm2, just killin' it. Good times.

Today I found out that a last gasp laboratories Hachihachi shiki kebadate hizumaseki SUPER OSCILLO FUZZ 88 into a Katanasound Supper Bass Fuzz is both awesome and scary; the flexibility, the insanity, the fuzz!

A combo you could spend days mucking with, and a combo that makes your bandmates say erm that's nice:rolleyes: :D
