Couldn’t get enough of Blue Velvet, and while Wild At Heart is technically a 90’s film, it gestated in the 80’s. Eraserhead(which I didn’t see until 1979)set the pace for a lot of the visual aesthetic that came after. Dune I was kinda so-so about, but no director bats a thousand.Dune?
