i hate the neck dive, of course, but i sure can dig that almost-jbass-but-not-quite feel.

The Sadowsky 5 string neck does things for me that no other neck has ever done. By far its the most comfortable neck I have ever played !

Not much P bass love yet, so here goes: the modern AS P bass neck, maple or rosewood FB, satin finish on the back.

I also like the feel of the StingRay 5.

I was a J-bass neck guy for a long time, until I started playing a P bass. Now the J bass neck feels like a pencil.

I LOVE the neck on my ATK 305. It is wide but somewhat thin. has meat but isnt bulky. mine is a satin maple finish, and it rocks. my other favorite neck would have to be the Ibanez SR series. Ive owned 2 pretige 5ers, both with wenge necks, sooooo smooth and comfortable. now I own an SR506 and the neck (for being a 6er) is to die for....working on the tone however. Kudos to Ibanez from me
