How do you set up your SVT-AV to the cab? Do you run a single feed or use two outputs to split the cab into 2-410's?
The reason I ask, I use a single cable but I'm wondering what splitting it up sounds like.

Here's what I use for the outdoor or large stuff w/out support
this is my other rig for smaller stuff. I can use the GK1001RB2x10 combo for the smallest of gigs or I can use the GK1X15RBH cab with either a GK1001RBII head or a LMII Markbass head.
American Deluxe jazz with Ampeg B500DR and PR-410HLF. Looking to get a better head.

I don't always use both cabs - I wish it had a tuner mute.

Was running an aggie gs410, found a pair of ampeg 410he's on craigslist, made the switch last night,..it sounds GREAT! aggie 500sc/ampeg svt-410he X2, had forgotten how good a "fridge" setup sounds!
That's a Rack N Roller. Can get really compact or really long. I've had mine short enough to fit my BBII standing up and my bass to get to a practice blocks away from my car. Easy transport. It folds flat, extends, acts like a handtruck etc. Soon as I'm in I go get everyone else's gear.
I'll get pics up when all the gear is in one place and not at various practice spaces.

I've run two different power amps from the same preamp into my 810e (basically the same thing your trying to do) and I didn't really notice a tremendous difference. I think it would be really useful if you were running them in stereo (like a stereo delay, chorus, etc...). That way you could get the effect of "two" cabinets. The 810s just sound great when you run it all together IMO though.

Maybe I will get some pics of my rack once my new Furman gets here and now that I have my QSC 1602 (which sounds great by the way)!

I made the cabs myself. They weigh 21lbs each and pack quite a whomp. The head is a GK MB2-500 at 4.75 pounds. I'm a weight weenie.

How do you like that tall 4x12?
I'd like to get one of those to play both bass and guitar through it, to get different flavor than the more traditionnal cabs, weezer used to use a marshall tall 4x12 that sounded great.
