Your Gig Rig

Gave it a decent "shakedown". My ears are still ringing. Played long enough and loud enough to rattle items off tables. Everything checks 4.0.

Can't wait for tomorrow night and give it a nice workout. My hope is the off axis dispersal of the Hartke 4x10 is going to be greater than the Mesa 4x10 cab I'm currently using.

Depends on the gig. Tonight, it will be the upright through the Carvin MB12 with an extension cabinet. It takes a couple pedals to tame the piezo honk and get it to sound like itself. For other gigs, either the upright or Thunderbird go through an Acoustic USA 360m or the original Acoustic 360. Weight doesn't bother me very much. Someday there will be pictures. For now, I don't have any.

Small gigs, my Phil Jones Double Four, bigger gigs, a Carvin MB15, even bigger and I add a Carvin 115MBE extension. What I like is they're both battery operated, a laptop battery for the PJD4 and a rig I set up of a 25aH lithium battery with 500w sine wave inverter. Wouldn't change a thing.
