Your opinion

Hello Justin, I would like to know your opinion about these questions:
a) What does come closer more the Guild Starfire, the Hofner Club or the Eastwood Classic? b) With the Jaguar can you obtain the vibe of a Mustang or Gibson SG?
I believe that Jesse Murphy, Chris Wood, Avishai Cohen and you are the most interesting bassists of this decade.

Hi Keyzer,

a) I've never heard the Eastwood Classic. I own a German Hofner Club, and it's amazing. But it's not really in the same sonic space as a Starfire. The Starfire is more "lively", the Hofner is deeper and darker. But you can't go wrong with a Club, man! It's great.

b) The Jaguar does not do the vibe of either of those basses. It's more like a slightly different (and to me, more useful) voicing of a Jazz.

Thank you for such incredibly high praise. Putting me in the company of those geniuses is a bit too much, but I thank you nonetheless! I shall strive to live up to such exalted status! :)

Best,
JMJ
