So, does that have the grip tape on the top, which is now the back of the bass? Gotta say, I wouldn’t want to put a sheet of sticky backed emery cloth on the back of my bass. Gives new meaning to the term buckle rash, now your buckle has the scratches, and your belly.

No surprise he worked for BC Rich more than once.
Search his name and Mammoth and you'll find other info and satisfied customers. As of 2016 he was the head of BC Rich custom shop.

With that resume, it may actually clear the low hurdle of being as good a SK8 bass as is possible to build.

I bet the other bass is a good instrument.

What I think we're seeing here is the bassist for Jugulur ( or ex bassist or ex wife of bassist) with one serious build and one gimmick build trying to make a buck off them.
