I found this site who's purpose is to let you loop all or parts of any YouTube clip you want....YT playback speed control is there and it's a useful free tool for those who don't have a program such as Transcribe! to help learn music.

The two red triangles under the screen are the start and replay points.

Another useful feature....If you clear the Go Loop window after a clip is placed, you can add another one and have multiple loops on the page.

In this case...The original studio track and a live version with a much more fleshed out bassline.

You can use any file, whether you paid for them or not is a different story...

There are sites out there that will download a youtube video as an mp3, which you can then manipulate in Audacity. Just google "download youtube as mp3"
