Double Bass Zeta Crossover - questions

I'm thinking of picking up a Zeta Crossover bass and had some questions that hopefully can be answered here.

The model number for this bass isn't printed on the instrument.
The bass I'm looking at has 3 knobs on the upper part of the body while every other crossover I've seen has the controls located at the bottom.
Does anyone know what model this one might be? Is it at the higher or lower end of the Zeta crossover series?

It also has integrated midi. Is this circuit powered by an internal battery or does it get its power from the midi cable?

Last but not least, what is this instrument really worth?

I appreciate any help or info on this.
Thanks,

Kevin

If it has a 5-pin MIDI it it needs power.
But I‘m quite sure that it is only a separate string pickup that gets fed into an external MIDI box that analyses the audio signal coming from the pickup. So if you don‘t have the external box too there is no MIDI coming out of the instrument.
But I haven‘t had a Zeta instrument in my hands yet.
