Zoom B3 Tap Key Light Blinking - how to stop?

Does anyone know how to get the tap key on the zoom b3 to stop blinking or does it always blink? Not seeing anything in the manual. I've tried holding it etc. Nothing.

You probably have a delay effect in the chain, with the time parameter set to follow tempo. (In that case, the tap key blinks at current tempo rate.) To stop it blinking, change the time setting of the delay to something without a music note in it. (Hope that makes sense.)
