Zoom issues with bass sound

Hi All
Every Thursday evening at the moment my Guitar club have a Zoom Meeting.I seem to have issue with other members not hearing my bass sound voice is okay.Has anyone got any tips? This on Galaxy Tablet 6 and windows 10 laptop.

Assuming your setup is correct (interface, or mic’d amp, etc.), I’m guessing it’s Zoom’s filtering algorithms. Zoom is designed to maximize bandwidth for voice and not music, so they are probably heavily filtering low end and top end. Just my guess.
Well not using separate mike, nor does many of the other members who are guitar players, same issue with using bigger TC electronics BG250 amp for bass so may try plugging in a guitar instead to see if it is zoom bandwidth and filter I also have same issues when recording videos on my note 10 phone. Brilliant when When Ive video live gigs.

Try enabling the “Original Audio” setting in the Zoom application on your PC

In the advanced audio settings: (Under audio settings, hit the “advanced” button)
- turn on the option to “Enable Original Audio”
- Disable the noise suppression options
- Set echo cancelation to “Auto”

Once in the call:
- Select the “Turn On Original Sound” button in the upper left hand corner
